Quality Wire Used for AM Radio Coil winding.
The wire has a nice enamel coating which is easy to remove for soldering. I used this to rewrap an AM radios internal ferrite antenna. It is a kit radio called the Murania, and changing the inductance of the coil can make a huge difference on sensitivity. A decent value for what you get.
- This was a gift for a kid who never used it. I’d love to have it back so I could use it.
- The wire may be difficult to work with if you are not familiar with magnet wire.
