I bought these to replace a broken pair of headphones from a set I've been using since March 2012. The other one in the set still works. The flexible clip holding the main unit failed. The only criticism I have of the smh10 headsets is that the rubberized finish starts to get sticky/tacky after about 8 years of use. not that bad. probably longer than most people will use them. I replaced the internal batteries once after they had lost capacity through many charge cycles. I'd like new models, but they work great and I'm sticking with them.
