The product only fills 3/4.
The filling tray and tubes are great, fair price but I noticed that due to the design of the tube you can only fill the tube 3/4 full with lip balm. The tube screw does not turn all the way in due to the tube's construction, resulting in customers seeing that they are receiving less than a full tube of product. One suggestion is to buy white tubes instead of clear tubes so the level is not visible. Overall I liked the service and return policy and give Mary Tylor Naturals a 5 star rating.
