Review on 🎧 Logitech Ultimate Ears 600vi: Premium Noise-Isolating Headset in Dark Silver by Tina Stamey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Much better than any headphones I've ever used.

First of all, I've never looked for "good" headphones, so I'm not directly comparing them to any high-end devices like many other reviewers do. I've used a pair of cheap Sony headphones before and they were good enough when using lossy audio files on my old smartphones and media players. They are way better than anything I've heard before! Clear highs and mids, nice deep bass without much distortion. I've heard things in my songs that I've never heard on other speakers I have. I primarily use my car stereo with a Pioneer head unit via a 3.5mm Y-cable straight to the back of the unit from my Galaxy Note 3 and Droid Bionic. Car speakers and 600W Pioneer 5-way rear speakers and 300W 4-way side speakers and factory dash tweeters. No amp, just FYI. While I praise and love the quality of this system, these little earbuds do a great job of blocking out noise and isolating every note they can deliver to my ears. plays through my Note 3 in the Poweramp Music Player. I played a few tracks from my multimedia PC through Winamp (all FLAC) using the Creative Xtreme Music sound card's headphone output to see if there was a noticeable difference in quality and I didn't hear as much, but a little clearer. Pros: - Excellent fidelity. -Wide volume range, they sound pretty loud unlike some of the cheap ones I've used before -Light weight -Small and don't stick out too far from my ears (they don't seem to snag anything too easily) -Excellent noise isolation - Hold firmly in your ears and won't fall out. Can be easily stored in the supplied bag. There is a pause/play button on the cable. Distortion on some higher range songs in high frequencies (maybe my combination of music and device selections etc) - the cable seems a little brittle - I've read that the jack tends to detach from the body of the cable ( maybe those reviewers are rougher on using these?) - While not expensive compared to other quality-oriented devices, they still cost more than any pair I've ever bought. So I hope they stick together well ;)
