Decent headphones for the price.

These are decent headphones for the price. The sound quality is okay, but not outstanding. The picture was the same. They sit well in the ears and are comfortable to wear. Blocks outside noise well. Very sensitive headset, on some albums they are so loud that even on the lowest settings it was too loud. The microphone is a bit small, like a Klipsch. The buttons are easier to see, but it might not do as well when making calls unless you lift it up to speak into it. The Bose microphone is closer…

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • I doubt it

Much better than any headphones I've ever used.

First of all, I've never looked for "good" headphones, so I'm not directly comparing them to any high-end devices like many other reviewers do. I've used a pair of cheap Sony headphones before and they were good enough when using lossy audio files on my old smartphones and media players. They are way better than anything I've heard before! Clear highs and mids, nice deep bass without much distortion. I've heard things in my songs that I've never heard on other speakers I have. I primarily use…

Fairly cheaply made, bare wires are visible after 3 months.

When I bought these UE headphones I thought I was making a 'safe' choice. Here's a brand from a company that I know and trust and people are usually happy with. The sound quality of these headphones is pretty good - great bass, wide range, comfortable in the ears etc. However, the fact that they only lasted 3 months made me give an unfavorable review. I can't believe how disappointed I am with these headphones. After only three months, the wires at the end of the audio jack are already visible,

Great headphones! It's like being in the studio!

I'm by no means an expert, but I do enjoy listening to music and have some deck experience. So I feel like I can tell the difference between great sounding headphones and average sounding headphones. I have to say that I fired them up with white noise, pink noise and various frequency sweeps for about 100 hours. I also ordered the Klipsch Reference S4i headphones that came out about a month ago and blew them through in the same amount of time. This is just my opinion and I have a feeling that…

Unimpressive sound quality compared to Sennheiser CX300B

I was looking for a new pair of headphones to replace my recently lost Sennheiser CX-300B and looked through many reviews. and user reviews to try and find a decent replacement. I was originally considering an upgrade, something in the $100 range, but I stumbled across them and heard a lot of good things about them in terms of sound quality for the price. I happen to run my Sansa at a higher volume before giving it a serious listen. It's definitely an upgrade over regular headphones and popular

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Sad packaging

You will be spoiled but the microphone needs an overhaul

I like the sound of these headphones! I have an Audio Technica ATH-M50 and a Sennheiser CX-300B Mk. 2 and headphones for the iPhone, as well as a few others not worth mentioning. Ever since I got them, I often use them on my PC instead of the ATH-M50. A comparison with the CX300 is no competition. The reason is that they use armature speakers. Look at her. You are full of victories. If you compare them to the Etymiotic HF3, look at the frequency response graphs and the 50Hz sine wave. HF3s are…
