Love this and wish I had bought this a long time ago. I use it every day, not only on walks but also at home. I enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts while cleaning the house, chopping veggies, doing laundry, etc. This group is so handy that I can get all my chores done without worrying about my phone falling out of my pocket. About the size: I first ordered this in S, I'm a grown female with fairly skinny arms - 10-1/2" biceps. But you have to consider the size of your phone. I have a Droid Razr Max ( 6" x 3- 1/4" inside the case). With the phone in place and the strap pulled over the elbow, it barely fits. I was afraid I would cut off circulation if I wear it for a while. , So I sent the small one back and got the middle one. Fits perfectly!
