Allows OBDII key to be moved

I am using an OBDII Bluetooth device in my car and installing an OBDII key while driving is not practical. With this cable, I can move the OBDII device to another place that will not affect driving. Easy to install - just plug one end of the band into your car's OBDII port and find a convenient place to attach the other end of the band and install the OBDII dongle.
