We liked this product very much when we first bought it. When we bought it for the second time we found it strange, the picture on the front was different from the other one we had previously ordered and used. When we compared the ingredients, we also noticed that they differ slightly. We thought they might have changed their formula or something, so we used it. Our daughter never cried when we rinsed her hair but this time she screamed. We thought maybe she was just having a bad night but the same thing happened the next night when we were rinsing her hair and some water got on her face. Next time we tried using a travel soap that's also supposed to be tear free to see if it was something with a different formula or she just didn't like it when water fell on her face and she didn't cry. . This leads us to believe that the product we purchased was not a genuine Babyganics product. Very disappointing and will be using a different brand in the future.
