I purchased a 20ft kit with an additional 10ft extension. I had a similar set of these hoses and used them for about 5 years with no problems. I left them with my old trailer when I sold it. I tried two different drain hoses (Camco brand) from Wal-Mart, but they didn't fit the 4" plastic tube I use for my hoses. and does not fit in the bumper of my new Puma caravan. I know these Valterra units are good quality although I have a hard time hooking them up because there aren't any large grommets on the fitting to give me a grip when attaching the hose to the trailer and at a 90 degree angle adjust degree. I eventually found that I could use needle nose pliers to close the joints with my old man's hands. (Wal-Mart's Camco units have huge grommets I could grab onto, but I wouldn't store them in a 4-inch pipe for that reason.) I don't store drain hoses in the square steel bumper of my van, because I keep inserting them and pulling them out of the steel bumper wears out the plastic of the wire and causes leaks in the spring hose. The round plastic tube doesn't fray on the hose and cause leaks. I would give this product 5 stars but due to the difficulty in connecting it I think I'll try putting petroleum jelly on the rubber grommet in the connectors to see if it's easier to plug them in.
