Review on Andar Leather Bifold Leather Ambassador: Stylish and Functional Wallet by James Julien

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An absolutely phenomenal product. Best value for money in the Landslide. Read the rating to make sure the capacity is right for you.

First impression: Design: Very clean and minimalistic. I bought a small version of this wallet. It folds very thin without wrinkling the outer folded edge of the wallet. I usually have a driver's license, two credit cards and some cash. With this in your purse, it folds about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. This wallet is perfect for my needs. A NOTICE. I would not recommend the small version of this wallet to those who have a lot more money than me. If you use more than 3 credit cards or carry more than 10 bills in your wallet, I would recommend buying the larger version of this wallet. Anything less than that and you should probably consider a different product. If you have a lot of photos/business cards/vouchers/gift cards, etc., a larger capacity product is probably more suitable for your needs. Under no circumstances should you use this wallet to store coins. It fits in multiple pockets and still folds properly, but the pressure on the outside of the wallet can damage the beautiful skin. If you don't care how your wallet works, that's no problem, but this is a very high quality product and I intend to keep it as good as possible for a long time. Build Quality: Excellent. The seams are very thin throughout and the color of the threads blends almost perfectly with the skin. No loose ends. Mine has a knot protruding slightly from the left side of the top credit card slot on the right side of the wallet. This is of course not a problem and would go completely unnoticed if the rest of the product weren't so perfectly executed. I can't believe a product at this price has such fantastic build quality. Materials: The best quality I have ever seen in a leather item in this price range. I was skeptical about buying a full wallet at this price point and assuming there would be either bad leather or poor workmanship, I was pleasantly surprised. Maintenance: I don't want anyone to get the impression that this product is difficult to maintain or requires maintenance. You could probably take this wallet out of the box and never do anything with it and have a great wallet for a long time. However, if you want to keep it in top condition, I would recommend applying a moisturizer to your skin regularly, monthly or every two months, and maybe even more often if you live in a particularly dry area like Southwest America. Even in winter, when the air is drier, you should probably humidify the room more often. Moistening takes very little time, is very easy, and extends the life of your genuine leather products. You can buy a special full-grain leather moisturizer if you want, but I use a small amount of Clark's Weather Guard (made for boots). When it comes to hydrating your skin, remember: less is more. You can always add more, but you don't want to use too much and end up with a greasy wallet for days. Conclusion: By far the best wallet I have found in this price range. There really is nothing to compare. As long as the relatively small capacity isn't an issue, this is absolutely the best product out there for this budget (again, if you've got a little more, get the larger version). You'll have to spend three times as much money before you can get a wallet of the same quality, and probably $100 or more to get a better quality product. In terms of value for money, there is simply no better product. If I ever lose these I will keep buying this wallet.
