The ability to see before any project begins what it is going take for that space or landscape of mine! This software allows me create my own custom plans with no set guidelines as I am able too do so myself without outside help from others who are unfamiliar w/ this product! It also has many add-ons which allow one not only plan their design but make changes later after completion if needed (such adding extra seating options). While there have been times when we were unable t o find certain items like walls at local stores they provided us access through our accounts allowing more time during planning than ever expected!! As said above; great system all around. We had always relied upon other designers' work until now where using earthscapestis allowed an individual's creativity &amp knowledge base while still being held accountable by someone skilled enoughtowithin his lineofworkto check progressions along way. ! I like that it is simple to use if you know what you are doing. If not, or if there is a particular feature you need help with then the customer success team can be reached for assistance! They are always willing to answer any questions that arise as well as provide support when needed. Sometimes you get stuck trying to figure out something specific and they usually have answers quickly. The software has helped us visualize our clients' properties more accurately than we were able to before using ES.
