I recently purchased shoes and a shirt from BALENNZ, and I was dissatisfied with the subpar quality of both items. The shoes broke down after only a few uses, and the blouse had several loose threads. When I attempted to return the items, I was also dissatisfied with the subpar customer service I got. The return procedure took a while, and I had trouble getting a hold of customer support. As a product manager, I advise BALENNZ to strengthen quality assurance and client service in order to keep customers.
