Review on Motorola Moto Z2 Play Smartphone by Ada Marciniak ᠌

Not worth the money, would not recommend this product.

To summarize, in terms of functionality, it is entirely Motorola, and in terms of quality, it is entirely Lenovo. The fact that you won't have access to your phone for a whole month and won't even know if it will be repaired or not is, of course, a complete waste of time, but I can say that in three weeks I became incredibly attached to the phone. It is very practical and functional, and there is nothing superfluous about it. I sent a letter to Motorola asking for assistance in resolving the issue and suggesting ways in which the delivery of the spare part could be accelerated. Alternatively, I requested confirmation that the spare parts were not currently in stock. The response is astonishingly enlightening: "if the service center does not wait for the replacement part and does not repair the gadget, you will be granted a confirmation of the non-repairability of the item in order to receive money where you bought the equipment," thanks cap. From this point forward, I won't even consider Motorola. 2 The lengthy wait for replacement parts led to the conclusion that the equipment could not be repaired. According to the service, issues of this nature do not arise frequently, although they do so once every two months. At least for the next two months, the supply of spare parts is going to be such devices' Achilles' heel. or perhaps for a longer period of time; hence, under the guarantee, repairs are not even expected to be expected appropriately most of the time. who will take the device, please be aware that the waiting time for the spare parts is so very long. It is not known what caused the failure of the mother, but I was able to observe that the device became very warm when it was connected to the express charger that was included with it. Perhaps this was the cause of the failure.

Pros
  • Moto chips (the navigation is very comfortable, and after three weeks of using it, I became so accustomed to it that I tried to control motions on other phones), moto modifications, quick work, a cool screen, a very thin and elegant cover
Cons
  • I'm not trying to be overly pretentious, but the camera was noticeably better on the ASUS PadFone Infinity. This is despite the fact that the camera is, of course, subpar regardless of who writes what. After a period of 1.5 months. The dead body was found. Initially, the screen started to flicker in a second, and then it just went into a dull reboot and buzzed all night. I took it in for service, and the technician determined that the motherboard needed to be replaced, and they also ordered a screen because, well, because. According to the information provided, the service is somewhat fragile and may experience difficulties during replacement. We are not waiting for a response from Europe; the total repair period is not going to exceed 45 days; after that, they will write off the device. The third week is coming to an end, and the service center is still unsure as to whether or not there are spare parts for it. I'm shocked
