We bought this to replace Santa for some social distancing holiday photos and it ended up working quite well with a lot of work. Because cardboard is so thin and flexible, Santa cannot stand alone and must be nailed or glued to a wall or other supporting structure. We ended up using a Revain box tower with some books on the bottom. Santa's belt also arrived with a lot of damage in one corner that needed to be repaired in Photoshop. Overall it looks good but requires a lot of work and may arrive more or less damaged than we received. It came sandwiched between two large pieces of flat cardboard taped together to provide limited drop protection when hitting the edges.
