I ordered this part because I thought I walked into a trash can a few months ago and broke the motor that moved the mirror. Turns out, after installing it, I found out that my switch was actually defective. However, I was able to test the mirror with the old switch and it connected and moved fine. The mounting points were perfect and it's probably recommended to use the factory cap if you still have one. The plug was a bit tight. So much so that when I discovered my switch was broken, I almost couldn't turn it off. Otherwise an excellent product. Excellent price. Eventually sold it to someone else.
