Works for petite women!
I bought a 13-14 for a trip to Scotland this September. I'm 5ft 1" and 138 pounds of muscle and even with the figures they fit great. A bit tight but easy to pull over the thermal leggings I have for the trip and plenty of room for my hiking books. thin which is what I wanted as I will roll them up and put them in my backpack when not needed.
- I bought two pairs...size 7/8 for my 7 year old and 3/4 for my little 5 year old. Both fit perfectly in length and one in the waist!
