First off, the customer service from this company is terrible. I bought because of the great reviews and a few people mentioned how great the customer service is so I thought why not? Big mistake. I bought this to use auto camping over already soft rubber mats. Which is very rare. So I opened it up and read it very clearly to give it 2-3 days to open fully. I've left it on a flat surface for 4 days to stretch and yet it's only 1/2 inch! 1 inch at the highest points because yeah that thing is sooo bumpy. I mean, a huge area is at least a finger or two above the rest. I could at least try this pad if only it was thin, although I bought it because it was meant to be thick! But the bumps and lumps on it are just ridiculous. It's so thin I should have just bought a foam mattress topper, it would have been ten times better. Even on rubber mats on a flat surface, this thing is so thin it feels like a sheet. It's so light that I don't even want to give it to my dog as a bed. When I emailed them about how thin it is when advertised as 4 inches, they replied that it is indeed 4 inches and had it expanded or contacted Amazon for a refund. Why sell them at all if you don't even endorse your product? 150€ is too much. This notebook should cost a maximum of 20-30 dollars. Even if you fold it up and put it over it, it's still so thin. Not worth lugging around to get it back at all. Again, I wouldn't even give this to my dog for a bed. thats so bad. I don't understand all the good reviews and I'm glad I can go back otherwise it will be expensive junk.
