Check the packaging to ensure all small components (including miniature discs) are included. The packaging is poorly thought out. Small pieces float in the open sleeve. The sleeve is then packed in a plastic box which, due to its inexpensive nature, doesn't protect small parts very well. When mine arrived several spindles and washers came out of the hub. then out of the plastic box. and now freely rolled in the Revain shipping box, which of course has gaps in the corners and creases (gaps larger than some shipped items). I'm still not sure if I got everything I was supposed to have
