Ideal for transferring text or drawings onto dark canvas. I usually use Saral brand graphite transfer paper, which works great on most colors. The particular painting I'm doing now has a dark olive green background and the graphite just didn't show up. I hesitated to choose this brand as I already trusted the Saral brand. Being on a very tight budget I bought this product and I'm so glad I did! The only downside to not buying it on a roll from Saral is that I can't cover the entire 12x24 canvas with one sheet, but just sliding the smaller sheet around is no problem at all. Will definitely buy more if needed!
