Doesn't clog after prolonged use which is very comfortable. Pictured is the new sheet on the left. At right is the sheet metal, still on my grinder, that I used to smooth both sides of the new cast-iron skillet. I'll get more of these when they run out. The price of this ceramic solution was worth it as it lasts longer.
