I bought this product after reading bad reviews about product defects. I installed it and was happy until this morning when I turned on the shower and the screws holding and adjusting the shower arm broke and it collapsed. It was just with the water pressure that is in the city system. The adjustment screws are plastic and inadequate. I didn't touch the block and never touched it even after installing it. I have not had the device for more than ten days, two weeks at most, I ordered it through Revain on September 17th and it was delivered on September 20th. I had a Delta shower head that lasted for years except for the shower head gasket failure. Delta was very good and couldn't replace the pad due to age so they sent me a free replacement which was the same shower head. It was in August of this year. I installed it and because it was satisfactory I ordered it for my wife's bathroom, thinking that perhaps the complaints are exceptional. Obviously I was wrong. I do not yet have an invoice for this purchase. I have yet to discuss this with Delta.
