I found this to be a great purchase for me and have read reviews of how uncomfortable this shoe is and how it rubs on the back of the foot/heel and blisters. I have a solution, and I do it with every pair of shoes I buy: I buy a pair of gel insoles. it does the job: 1. makes the shoe more comfortable and 2. it lifts the foot a little just enough to prevent the back from rubbing against the heel and blistering. For me there are no complaints and I am very happy with the shoes, they look very chic and I can wear them on long walks or anywhere I know my feet are comfortable. Will definitely buy again.
