Overall I like this product. It has a nice design on the outside, keeps the water cold and fresh all day and night since I keep it next to my bed. But here's why I gave 3 stars: I can't use the bottle with the loop around the bottle neck as intended. I *wish* there was something on the lid that it attaches to, even when it's open. But my bottle leaks every time I do it. And yes, I screwed the top on very tight and it's still leaking. It doesn't leak when I take this water bottle neck off, but I wasn't planning on using it that way. I even took an Xacto knife to cut the plastic rim of the water bottle. I thought I could fix it myself. Made it thinner but still leaks when this part is attached. I gifted the Star Wars version to a friend and his version doesn't leak (a relief, it worked for him!). I must have received a disposable water bottle that is leaking. I was hoping to give away more of these water bottles to friends but I'm a little concerned about this. While the bottle's design is attractive and it otherwise works well, I would be concerned about another mishap of leaking. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this, but if I leave it on a bookshelf or large bag it tends to tip over and then I worry about soaked items that don't need to get wet to be worried. I like it when my water bottle is the exact bottle I use.
