Review on 🐱 Grain Free Kitten Food: Instinct's Original Recipe for Natural Dry or Wet Cat Food by Susan Rolfs

My kitten loved it and most importantly, it helped heal his stomatitis! a problem with the mouth. It looks like it's about 80% or something, hey! During a visit to the vet, my vet informed me that my kitten has stomatitis (severe inflammation of the gums) and will likely need teeth removed in the future. I certainly can't afford to spend thousands of dollars on this, so I did some research and found that some cats got better after changing their diet. I am currently feeding store kibble, so I have decided to switch diets. A little research into quality cat food led me to the Instinct brand, which I bought. Initially, I mixed kibble with canned food to see if I could increase my intake, but my kitten's gums remained sore despite daily brushing. Eventually I started feeding only canned food and this combined with daily brushing eliminated the inflammation completely. I'd also like to add that I've been trying canned branded food for a few days where I ran out of instinct and didn't order more ahead of time and the inflammation came back so it's not just a canned or dry food issue. . I think my kitten is either allergic to commercial kitty food ingredients or has a micronutrient deficiency that has led to inflammation. Whatever the problem, it wasn't just brushing my teeth because that alone didn't help. I would definitely recommend switching to a quality cat food if a cat is suffering from gum disease to see if that helps before moving on to more drastic measures like tooth extractions. it costs me a little less than a month's supply of canned goods. Whether it's freeze dried nuggets or canned food, this brand has helped me prevent gum disease in my kitty. However, my kitty definitely misses canned food and I may go back because he likes it more.
