Review on WiFi router TP-LINK Archer AX73, black by Agata Tyszkiewicz ᠌

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

I bought it for growth, I'm waiting for tariffs of more than 100Mbps to appear in our city. In general, this is a device of the near future. Feel free to add 2-3 on such a luxurious router. Pros: + Support for modern technologies (WiFi6, OneMesh). Although the OneMesh apartment is useless, it is enough to put the router in the center. But for country houses it is the most. True, additional repeaters are expensive for the time being. + Stability, set and forget. + Price: I took it for 5k, at a time when it cost about 7k everywhere. + Iron similar to Asus for 10k. + Gigabit ports. + Lots of light bulbs - very informative. trifle, but nice. Cons: - Clumsy design, and it is very large. But I look at it last when I choose a purely functional thing. - Strange behavior in automatic channel selection mode. In our country, as in all apartment buildings, the ether at 2.4 GHz is packed to capacity. And this Archer is trying to choose intermediate channels that have fewer neighbors. But damn it is known that you need to choose only among 1, 6 or 11 channels. Otherwise, your router will not be coordinated with the neighbors and they will interfere with each other even more than if they were sitting on the same channel. In short, use the 5GHz frequency and you will be happy, although there are still devices at home that can only operate at 2.4GHz (such as a printer). In short, I choose the ports myself, depending on the situation.
