Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy A50 Verizon Smartphone in Black with 64GB Storage by Agata Koczan ᠌

Real junk, such a terrible quality still needs to be searched.

When buying, I briefly examined the screen, the case, flipped through the desktop left and right, did not notice anything special, put the phone back in the box and went home. Charged it at home, began to deal with the camera and on a light background (standard wallpapers hid this well) I found a purple spot in the upper left corner. Externally, the phone is in perfect condition - no cracks, chips, scuffs, deformation. Probably a factory marriage - I thought and started to google. At the request "purple spot on the phone screen", autocorrect immediately offers to substitute "Samsung Galaxy", and the first line of both and Google gives a link to a forum with dozens of Samsung owners with a similar problem. People massively complained about the refusal of warranty repairs and the assertion of the service center employees that this was all due to the mechanical impact on the screen. The next day I took the phone back to the store, it was sent for verification. The act of acceptance and transfer was clearly written "without visible external damage." A week later, the phone was returned with the conclusion ". the equipment has traces of operation . mechanical damage to the display was detected . refusal to provide warranty services" and the note "appearance - scuffs, scratches." It's funny that they forgot to apply scratches and abrasions and returned them without them))) Faced with such unprincipled lies, I decided to go from the manufacturer's point of view and turned to the official service center. His employees spent about 10 seconds examining the phone, 30 - whispering among themselves and about 5 minutes explaining to me that this is a "mechanical impact on the screen", "not a warranty case", "display replacement - 4800 r". Apparently, in the near future it will be necessary to order an independent examination))) I recommend to anyone who wants to buy any new model from Samsung, first google "purple spot on the screen of the phone" and look at the photos.
