I have used this product once. Does what it should. I like my old Panasonic better, it's easier to clean. However; it didn't last long and needed batteries. It's rechargeable, which is a big plus. It's also less money than others I've seen. So far, so good. New comment: Loading process takes forever. This is the first time I've charged it, it's been 20 hours, it's still charging. So the good news is that the charge lasts a long time, and the bad news is that it takes forever to charge.
