I rarely leave reviews (I know I'm lazy!) but wanted to give some credit to the Vicseed customer service team. First on the phone holder: PROS - The phone stand fits my iPhone 10 Pro Max perfectly with a thick body (right at the 1/2 inch limit). I liked that it has a bottom support and a release button. has a practical position - very beautiful. I also liked the CD slot holder because it was very durable. I also really liked that it has a CD holder and an air conditioner vent clip so it was very versatile. CONS - I had a problem with the air conditioner vent clamp - it broke, when I changed the orientation of my phone from portrait to landscape and Revain immediately refunded my money. What I appreciate most is that Vicseed contacted me after the refund to find out what the problem was. They seemed very concerned that the product had failed and wanted to investigate the issue so they could work to fix the design flaw. They also wanted to make sure I was a happy customer and offered to send me a replacement free of charge.
