I added them to my new Chevy Volt with the dimming pack and am very pleased. Be careful when tearing off the tape. When I tried to pick up the edge with my fingernail, I ripped the top of the tape. I ended up selecting at the very top, near the edge. This tore the backing off enough to start peeling. Also, thoroughly clean the surface of the door with rubbing alcohol and dry with a paper towel. If the surface is cold, heat it with a hair dryer along with the tape. Finally, make sure you paste it EXACTLY where you want it the first time. There are no second chances. I taped the center down first and smoothed it out on each end to make sure no air bubbles got into the center.
