I would rate 0/5 if possible. Firstly when you fill it up it makes a mess, then when it freezes it's incredibly difficult to open and when you finally manage to open it up and try to pour out the ice balls they just get stuck in the hole. bottles. So you shake it to get them out and nothing happens. Shake it harder and you now have ice chips instead of ice balls, as promised. Great idea, terrible execution. Save your money, don't even look at the general direction of this product.
