It's awesome! 1000 feet is a LONG walk. I cut 10-30 foot pieces and store a bundle in every vehicle, my travel trunk, motorcycle, backpacks, tent backpack and other places. It takes up minimal space on a reel and converts into a compact lifeline. I've used it countless times from hanging hanging planters to tying up lumber at Home Depot to securing tent poles. During the trip, I tied things to a travel backpack and a suitcase. I use it all the time when camping or a person on fire. It is so strong and at the same time so light that you should never be without it again. And after using this reel liberally for almost 4 years, I think I still have 60% of the reel left. The quality is fantastic and I've never had a broken cable. This is the perfect embodiment of American QUALITY that no home should be without.
