The ease of use for the platform was one thing I liked best about it. Also that you could go back to previous incidents or complaints to correct mistakes made in the process. There were other features but they weren't easily accessible if you're not familiar with using them as part of the system. Nothing really specifically at this time. But when there are updates we will be notified through email so there's nothing lost then either. We have been able to solve client problems very quickly and effectively through this product.
