Great Platform For Client Satisfaction Management

The ease of use for the platform was one thing I liked best about it. Also that you could go back to previous incidents or complaints to correct mistakes made in the process. There were other features but they weren't easily accessible if you're not familiar with using them as part of the system. Nothing really specifically at this time. But when there are updates we will be notified through email so there's nothing lost then either. We have been able to solve client problems very quickly and…

I like that this program gives me all of my information in one place so it's easy to keep everything organized for future reference as well! There are some things about CM software we would prefer not having but overall its good!! We have been able solve many issues with complaints from our customers without going back through old emails or notes just by using CMS. The best part was being notified immediately when there were new comments/complaint logs submitted which also allowed us access…
