Works well with kitchen utensils and gadgets
I cook a lot and use a lot of garlic. This works well when you need large chunks of garlic in a dish. For larger chunks, garlic doesn't overwhelm other flavors. But if you need very fine garlic, this will not help. I've tried running garlic through this more than once, but it doesn't work that well. I'm glad I have this, but for me, the garlic press makes very small chunks of garlic.
