Review on Revlon Lasting Tight Curls Curling by Kris Wagner

I ordered a 1/2" curling iron and a 1" curling iron first. A 1/2" curling iron works excellent. 1 " did not turn on. This is exactly the same curling iron, only more, so I thought this was the first time in my life I'd come across a broken curling iron. What is the probability that I will come across another defective one? "Pretty little right? Well I ordered a replacement instead of a refund but unfortunately the replacement doesn't work either! To top it off they wanted to refund almost $3 less than I paid even though I'm stuck in the car to send these two pieces of junk back.The Revain chat agent helped me get my full refund but honestly what a PITA.Do not buy if you don't want the heartache that comes with a defective item , or when there's an important event coming up that might make you ruffle your hair.
