Bought it and it didn't last long - ended up throwing it in the bin. I don't normally write negative reviews like this, but this product really isn't very well designed and I would strongly recommend staying away from it. It might have been a lot better with a redesign, but the one I got in August 2019 was complete rubbish, even though it initially looked like a decent product. Too bad I didn't take a picture before throwing it away. Here are my concerns: 1. The magnets aren't strong enough to stay securely closed (even without a lot of dirt) and need to be perfectly aligned. Not something teenagers typically do in the back seat. Due to 1 (partial), the light stays on until the battery dies. It would be nice to have some kind of timer circuit that turns itself off after 10 minutes (obviously this is a little extra circuit).3. The material is thin and has holes for the plastic edging that are cut too close to the edge. This will tear the material and not hold the bag securely. As a result, this trash can ended up in its own trash can just weeks after purchase. Although I bought other Basenor products for my model. 3 and was generally happy with it, this one is far inferior and (if it hadn't been redesigned) I would definitely drop it.
