Review on Mazur Instruments PRM HC BK Pelican Length by Ryan Brunson

This is a Pelican case, a great brand of case. Super strong, waterproof and as strong as can be. The mica disc in radiation detectors can rupture on impact. So a case like this is a good way to protect your investment. But getting this case from Mazur is expensive. I'm assuming it has a specially molded foam tray, but it doesn't really have to be. If you're looking to save about $50, that case is the Pelican 1120 Foam Camera Case (Black). You can easily fit the foam insert in 1120 to your Mazur as the foam can be easily modified. They are currently available from Revain for around $25.
