This is a high quality K-Tape. I tried several brands and now we only use this one. My daughter plays competitive soccer and trains 3 days a week and also plays 2-3 games a week in hot and humid Houston, Texas. We use it to wrap her ankles because the tape provides better support than a sock bandage and doesn't take up space in her boots.
