I own a physical therapy clinic and use Kinesio tape regularly. I have tried several other brands and this band has proven to be just as good as the leading well known brands. It is light, has good elasticity and lasts for several days. The only thing I would warn is that it will be a little painful and may cause irritation if left on for too long (depending on your skin type). But that goes for all the brands I've used so far.

I use tape and have used it for shoulder stabilization for many years. I always prefer the precut ones because they're easy to throw in your gym bag or pack a few in the travel first-aid kit for travel. The cutting lines on it aren't clear or complete, and I had to hand cut each section without reaching the finish. It works great in the middle of the road for traction and grip, but I can't help but notice the fact that I have to cut what needs to be pre-cut completely and cleanly.

I wasn't sure about the purchase but I read the reviews and decided to order. This is the ONLY remedy that helps me with lower back and pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy. I received two boxes the day they were on sale so they were very cheap. They are very sticky and provide great support and relief to my muscles. The pre-cut strips are also the perfect length. I would definitely buy it again under the brand name. Love!

This is a high quality K-Tape. I tried several brands and now we only use this one. My daughter plays competitive soccer and trains 3 days a week and also plays 2-3 games a week in hot and humid Houston, Texas. We use it to wrap her ankles because the tape provides better support than a sock bandage and doesn't take up space in her boots. This band holds up better than many other bands with all the warmth of sweat and hard work at a great price.

This is not a KT Tape brand and it shows. It's significantly cheaper than the KT Tape brand, which is why I bought it. However, the pre-cut strips do not easily tear at the perforation site. Adhesion 3/5 rating. Lasts no more than 1 day of use. I applied it to my ankle after showering and drying. The next morning he fell during swimming practice. If you're looking for a cheaper piece of tape, this will do the trick. Just don't expect it to be the same quality.

I bought a purple pink tutu (looks prettier than the amazon post photo) and a black tutu for my husband. I just opened up the pink one and applied it in hopes of relieving the stress of my growing pregnant belly. It already feels better, so it will only get better as I learn more about application methods. Just buy them, you will like them. They are comfortable and breathable. Haven't tried any others but don't really feel I need it - I'm very happy with these. :)

Not so good yet. Pre-cut strips will not be cut. There's a tiny line that looks like it should have been perforated, but when you try to pull the strip out it takes part of the next strip with it. The strap itself seems to fray a bit when pulled. I also used some kinesiology taping techniques on my sore knee which usually feels better immediately after taping, not so much this time. And the glue itches a little. Let's see if my rating changes in the next few days. The color is beautiful! BUT…

This is a great solution for joint pain caused by exercise or good old fashioned arthritis.
