It's only been 3 days and already I hear a cracking sound like one of the speakers burned out

I've only had the headset for 3 days and I've used it twice and I heard a popping sound like the speaker had burned out. Not very pleased that I can hear it through my vans besides the fact that they work well. Hines exhaust and very easy to connect. I haven't tried calling them, so I'm not sure how well the mic picks up.
