Great for stabilizing mood and helping focus.

I love this product! I'm a woman in my 40's and I'm starting to have issues with moodiness. After talking a little with Dr. After doing some Google research, I read about the benefits of tryptophan. I also read that tryptophan is practically useless without the combination of C and B-6. I take two of these every morning and it has changed my mood and ability to focus. Thank you Solaray, keep it up!
