I had the same problem as some other customers. During charging, the charging indicator flashes red and green. I contacted their support team and received a response within a few hours. They told me this is not uncommon but if I want they can send me a new charger or I can buy a charger, give them a receipt and they will refund me. I continued to charge and after 3 hours the charge indicator stayed green indicating a full charge. As I will be using it as a shower on a camping trip I wanted to test it before my trip. Test: My device takes 6 minutes to empty the bucket to just above the water intake. I kept filling the bucket and let the device do its work. 30 minutes continuously (with garden hose attachment), then turn off the unit. I let the device cool down for 20 minutes and then turned it back on for 20 minutes for a total of 50 minutes run time. I let the device cool down for thirty minutes and then charged the battery. The same problem with the charger, the charging indicator flashes red/green. After 2 1/2 hours, the charging indicator lights up green. I've done the above procedure twice. The device (except for the charging indicator) worked perfectly, shower pressure was very suitable. I haven't tried the rest of the attachments as I won't be using them anyway. All components appear to be of high quality, it is nice that brass fittings are used instead of plastic. I order most things online and was 'extremely' impressed with the way it was packaged, you could tell a lot of attention had been paid to it which sadly isn't generally the case these days. The little manual was also very good, with color pictures and print that could be read without a magnifying glass. I find the price a bit high but compared to everything else I've seen it's probably a good price. I would recommend it.
