Great customer service first of all! The bottle was lost in the mail, the seller immediately sent a replacement. I have a 30 year old August Forster handmade in Germany. I neglected it for several years while raising my children and one day I realized that it had lost its luster. Tried it on the back of the music stand. To my surprise, it removed the baked-on dust (didn't realize it had accumulated over the years) and a beautiful polish appeared! I was still skeptical so I just polished the rest of the notes and waited a week to see if anything bad would go away (like a crack or a dried spot) but it just kept a nice shine. The rest of the piano has been worked on, it is like new. Thanks very much! Update: 2 months later my piano is still sparkling!
