Good light - bright and small enough to fit in the rafters. The wires pass through a metal tube to get from the part of the box to the junction box. The only problem is that the edges of the tube are sharp and will cut the black wire. The poor combination of easily shearable, heat-resistant insulation on the wires and a sharp metal edge means there is a high chance of a short circuit if the luminaire's position is changed after installation. You have to be very gentle.
