Ordered on 19th Nov delivered on 21st Nov Very fast - if it worked. The supplied cable is very short. To make matters worse, the cable does not fit into the hard drive housing. It wobbles and connects/disconnects with every movement. I was able to trace it back to the defective cable by borrowing it. The smaller side of the dual connector (unique to USB 3.0) did not stay in the socket. I spoke to StarTech Support on the 21st and 26th. Replacement cables arrived on 1.12. The 3ft cable was loose, just like the original, and the 6ft cable doesn't work at all with my PC's USB 3.0 port. Returned to Revan.
