I will never repeat this purchase.
Right now, I am adamant that paying such amounts for this brand is NOT worthwhile. It is preferable to favor more affordable solutions. WHY PAY FOR if the service life is so brief? The service center declined to replace the flawed motor even though they acknowledged that there had been no harm to the user. indicating that the warranty term is now over. It turns out that by using the tool sparingly and taking care of it, we actually caused harm to ourselves. prolonged by several months the failure of a defective component. And that ended up being the determining factor for the level of service. So, no one takes my question into account specifically. Everything is as it should be; the warranty has expired; decide for yourself. Disappointed. I'm done dealing with this brand.
