The performance of our disc reading heads has been improved. But we should have cleared them long before that. So this could be a 5 star product but you can't tell that from our complex experience.

Great product! I had problems with my DVD skipping laser garbage. Everything got cleaner for literally one application of this cleaner. I highly recommend the product and the seller. Also easy to use.

It was so easy to use. Our DVD Bluray player stopped playing discs. I have to say we had it for at least 6 years and it was never cleaned. I added a disk cleaner and after 25 minutes it's working great. I thought the price was great! I will use it regularly.

FIRST! The instructions are scattered everywhere and 100% useless. Insert a disc and music will start playing. After 30 minutes there were no more prompts so I ejected the disc and put the DVD in and it jumped and hung in exactly the same place as before so I tried another DVD. The same result made me think it was a scam.

The item I received was used and needs to be returned. One of the brushes on the disc immediately fell off, and the other turned out to be bent. There was no liquid cleaner in the box; I used isopropyl alcohol instead, which seemed to work. I would give at least four stars if it came with a full set in the box.

When you receive this product disc, there are two small brushes attached to the cleaning disc. Both were completely mutilated, in case that matters. The first CD player I tried, Bose, didn't even recognize or play this CD. The second CD player, Onyko, tried to play but kept stopping. To say that this product was a complete bust. The manual provided no support for how the ideal product should play. So I cannot recommend this product.

My DVD player does not start well; So I ordered this product. It comes with minimal instructions or comments on how it works. When it starts it appears to be built around cleaning CDs. Anyway, I put in a cleaning disc and it showed 6 tracks to clean. He plays a different song and erases every track. Each cleaning took 20-30 minutes. Most importantly he did a great job and I have no more DVDs that skip.

Fixed my car CD player that wouldn't even start playing CDs. I wasn't sure if it would play enough to start cleaning, but within 15 seconds I had the music from the cleaning CD! The music on it wasn't bad, I was afraid to hear it on a long road while leaving the disc clean. I played it all the time and immediately dropped one of my CDs and it started playing right away!
