Why didn't I understand that before?
Perfect size. I currently have 6 hamburger buns, 6 hot dog buns, 6 ciabatta buns and a loaf of bread. Put ciabatta two weeks ago and NO mold. They used to last less than a week. And it looks sooooo good when it's on. I've wanted one for a long time but didn't think it was worth the money. I could buy 10 of these with all the money I threw away on moldy bread/buns.
