This is my first massage block that I have bought. Have wanted one for a long time and found it quite comfortable. The device is portable but needs to be plugged into a power source, which is a downside as it restricts your movements. I'm a small person and the device seemed a bit heavy and clunky, but still usable. The benefit is that you can position the device to target different muscles in your body, which is nice. By sliding your hands through the armrest, you can adjust the device to hold it in the desired position. The device has 3 speeds that essentially control the speed of rotation and possibly intensity. Not used to massaging, I found the top speed a bit too harsh for me, but not too uncomfortable. The other two speeds relaxed my neck and back. The device also has a heat setting that delivers very low heat to keep it slightly warm, which is nice and comfortable. It would be nice if they offered a higher temperature. The device also automatically reverses rotation, which is handy. I would recommend this device as an affordable alternative to a full size chair and it has the added flexibility of being able to adjust to different parts of the body. The only downside is that it's not wireless hence 4 stars but other than that I would recommend this device.
