A solid session replay solution that works great both Internal and Externally

I have been using jScrampler for several years now, since it was first released as an open source project by its developers at iSoftStone in early 2013 (as far back then).
It has proven to be very stable with no major bugs found so far when used internally or externally across multiple clients/customers over different domains around Europe & beyond! The product is easy enough even if you are not familiar wih C++ coding language but still can work out how things should look like once implemented via UI design tools provided within their GUI builder toolkit - although there might need some learning curve involved; nothing really serious though considering most business users do understand HTML5 basics already anyway ;-).

Pros

Very well documented API available both from client's side perspective too which makes implementing various security services easier than ever before possible.
